Valley Laundry

Very good experience. Dont know how to do a 4.8 stars but I would have. Verry friendly professional service. All my laundry has been returned in great condition and on time. Only problem is limited opening hours and those hours no being accurately posted online so I have had a couple of wasted journeys. Otherwise all very good.

We had a few really awful experiences. We were clients for 4 years and last summer they had a fire (or chemical fire which produced a lot of smoke- I never did get a straight answer from them) and our clothes smelled of smoke as they sat in the smoke and didnt bother treating and tried to delivery to us and hoped we wouldnt notice. After a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to re- wash however the smell didnt come out. This year they managed to get blue stains on our entire batch of clothes. They tried to tell us the stains were all there prior and they took 0 accountability. You can not trust this company to return your clothes in the same condition and more importantly you can not trust they will be honest about their process.

Fantastic friendly service. I work and stay away from home and get my washing done once a week always comes back smelling great and neatly folded and packed making it easy for me to put away. Top job for a reasonable price
