From our initial enquiry and the best-price quotation offered to us...(compared to the other main Plantation Shutters supply & fit Company / competitor in NE region)...we dealt solely with Steve. He was always very-prompt for our arranged/agreed home visits. And, Steve was always fully up-front and kept us briefed about any time-delays in the expected arrival of our made-to-measure Shutters...which were being manufactured / imported from China, re: Covid-19 Pandemic etc. On the day of fitting, Steve was clean and tidy and very professional and accommodating in his first-class speedy work...which surprisingly was very-swift indeed...for our job, which consisted of 6 separate rooms, (over 2 floors), including a large bay-window. The quality of the Shutters / hinges / magnetic-locks are first-class in our opinion...and...a number of our neighbours have commented upon how wonderful our windows and house now look! Just had shutters fitted on our large side window and French doors .They look incredible.I had 3 quotes and Steve was most competitive.highly recommend
