Needs updating but clean and very good value for money. Staff are very polite. Breakfast very tasty. For the price you can't go wrong. I will be back. Lovely views. Bed very good 8. Rooms: Very clean booking 2 again in more weeks

Unfortunately our stay was not great. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and attentive. However the hotel is dark and run down. It was once a restaurant/bar, but none of the services were available. Missing banister rails from stairs, making this not suitable for children. Layers of dust everywhere, including our room. Ceiling not fixed. The view from the window was not pleasant, it overlooked the laundry room, which was in disarray. The planter outside the window had been on fire at some point. There is a place to park out the back, however the walkway and stairs are dangerous. Loose debris. Thankfully we were only there for 1 night, or we would have found somewhere else. Safety: Not safe for children to stay.

This hotel doesnt deserve its 2-stars! I stayed last night and there was damp on the ceiling, stains all over one of the walls, stains on the mattress, drink stains still on the teaspoon, the filter in the bathroom was full of dust, all of the mirrors had marks on them, damp in the drawers, stains on the radiator, dust along the bottom of the skirting board the whole way round the room, the bathroom door was a cheap piece of wood that has been stained and filled in in parts and the tiles in the bathroom had dirt in between them. There was barely a surface without a stain or dust, it is the most unclean hotel I have ever seen in my life and wouldnt stay here again even if I was paid to!!
