        Tyneside Building & Maintenance Ltd carried out a large kitchen extension at our home, fitted all the units and flooring, replaced the garage roof and installed a downstairs WC. Brian gave sound advice which assisted in keeping the costs down. His team were hardworking, trustworthy and professional. We were so pleased with them we have since had them back to carry out more work and have no hesitation in recommending Brian and his team.

        Really great company that I would definitely use again. Needed our kitchen tiles taken up, the under floor heating fixed and new tiles put down. All done at a good price, quickly and very good quality. Communication was also excellent and they made sure we were 100% satisfied, even coming back out to fix the little air bubbles I wouldn't have noticed! Can't fault really! Service: Tile work replacement

        I contacted Tyneside Building and maintenance, because me and my partner wanted to turn our cupboard under the stairs, into a door into our garage. Brian came out and gave us a quote, and also informed us that we need building notice, something which none of the other builders we had, had out mentioned. However Brian and Angela sorted all of this out for me which was a huge amount of pressure lifted from me. The work was done within 4 days and its absolutely amazing! I cant pick a single fault with it! Special thanks to Josh, Tom and Cameron who carried out the work. They were so professional and even cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be using these again for any work I want done on my house. They arrived on time and got the job done to a high standard!

        Tyneside Bulding and Maintenance replaced my garage roof. Old roof was shot and leaking and I felt like Morgan Freeman (Shawshank Redemption) tarring the blasted thing a couple of times a year, but not anymore. Extremely happy with the work and the professional manner it was done. Thank you very much to all the team.
