Customer service at Gateshead Harley Davidson is in my opinion second to none. Ive had several improvements on my bike and service etc all done efficiently and professionally by the Gateshead team. Must make a special mention to Bella in the Parts department who has always dealt with my queries, ordering parts, booking bike in etc and is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always keeping me informed of progress which makes the experience extremely hassle free.
