        Victoria is amazing, clearly so skilled in her craft. Hadnt had my hair coloured in around 3 years so was really nervous to get it done but honestly couldnt be happier with it. She created exactly what I was after even though I couldnt quite explain it. Lovely persona and the salon was full of positivity and good vibes. Its done out beautifully inside; clean and crisp but not clinical. Still incredibly welcoming from the second you step in. Will definitely be returning as well as recommending Chelsea OConners to others. Services: Hair coloring, Balayage, Hairstyling, Keratin treatments, Blowdry
