On arrival for my appointment I was told there had been an error and that my hair was to long to be cut in the timescale allocated. I was then informed I had previously missed an appointment for a dry cut. I promptly apologised for missing the appointment however I have no recollection of making it although I apologised it seemed staff were off with me and abruptly told me that she was unable to cut my hair. I could understand the awful attitude if l had repeatedly made appointments and not turned up however this was a one time occurrence and a genuine mistake. I certainly won't be returning after being treated like that, simply rude and unprofessional.
