Hi Susan I'm trying to contact via phone number but no joy getting through since Friday. I found your salon via groupon app and purchased wash cut blow dry half head highlights which my local salon used to do for me but has ceased business. I live at Bedlington Northumberland and wanting to book in on 20th April. I've to be at Queens hospital for a 3pm pre op appointment so if your able to get me in at suitable time beforehand then I can drive on to the hospital from your salon. Kind regards Heather Mason

My first time at this hairdresser.Susan is very friendly great customer service.Loved my haircut will def be back next time I'm in Gateshead.Thank you for fitting me in at short notice.

Susan did an amazing job on my hair. It was waste length and she cut, coloured and highlighted my hair and I walked out feeling 20 years younger. I am disabled and mobility is very limited but from walking into the salon Susan was so friendly and nothing was a bother to her. I went in as a customer, I left as a friend. I have been using this salon for over 20 years, and Susan has had to deal with many zany complex colours and cuts! I would not trust anyone else with my hair. I was in on the same day as this person Dipla who left the 1 star scathing review. This person kept complaining that her bleach had been left on too long, and was told that she did not have beach on her hair but a toner, which does not damage the hair. Her hair was then washed, but Susan did explain that she would just quickly dry another customers hair first. This lady would not wait and insisted on drying her own hair. More a case of her not wanting to wait, definitely not her being rushed out of the shop. I can also confirm that at no point during this visit was anyone rude to this lady. What was rude, was the way she and her daughter swore like tramps in front of a child throughout.
