        I will never be buying this hair again after using loads of different extensions never had any issues always same afte evarw Roy time never had problems whatsoever. Was recomemended these by a friends and to then purchase for 200 have fitted for two half weeks to look like the end of a horse is ridiculous not only afte complaining all can be offered is paying extra money have them removed to send the hair back so they can investigate. Most likely to then be told nothing wrong with the hair, this caused so much stress and now finacally! So this all and all 400 wasted on extensions. They now trying to say my aftercare was wrong after never having any previous issues with any other extensions and should brought there own.. so they can make more money most likely. I never ever be buying hair again from here and hope none else has such bad experience as I have.

        im sure the service at this salon is great, but as an extensions manufacturer - the quality of this hair is absolutely appalling. after just three weeks the seemingly silky and soft hair has become completely fried and matted - despite me not even using any heat on it and only ever using olaplex or pureology products! wouldnt waste my money again
