Today it was my first day & I must say first impression was amazing. They have lots of options for warmups to cardio to strength to calm down/ stretching session. Jake is amazing who understood my requirements & gave me the tour of entire gym in layman's way. Looking forward to continue with my first step towards healthy lifestyle. You can definitely join this without any second to thoughts.
