A good range for gifts and some home decor. The staff member who served me was nice. I think a manager was going around with another staff member to go over the visual merchandising I assume and was pointing out what was supposed to be where and asking why things werent in certain places etc. The store looked fine and I dont really think customers care that much about how the store looks, we dont know any different. As someone who is a customer and as someone who has also worked in retail its literally not the end of the world if something isnt in a specific spot or if theres not a certain sign in a certain place. Customers dont notice

Shop is nice but the Crystal collection white boxes not all Crystal/stones are correct and some are fake the Sakura agate is actually flower agate the turquoise Is fake its howlite with a coating on it but still other stones are good now for the separate Crystal/stones that can be bought sodalite is actually aventurine a type of quartzite nice stone still, the malachite is fake, red jasper real rose quartz tumble stone real

Pamela gives amazing customer service. We were in buying a Charlie bear and she was amazing! Rest of the staff were lovely too!
