William went way over his job description for us, I know i am awkward in every way possible and i like things done my way even when cant.These guys looked after eliesha with dignity.William even tried to style her hair. Just to get it how i had to have it. They couldnt have did any better for shep and for us. Friendly,compassionate,professional service from start to finish. We could not thank this team enough. What a disgrace of a man did nothing that was asked of him would not answer calls absolutely destroyed our final good buys to our loveone And totally disrespected us as a family I would never use this man again not even for a dog

Whole experience for my Dad I cannot thank Will and his colleagues enough for what was a emotional time in my life, they took away the stress and hassle, arranged everything from recommending a florist, to a minster, placing a notice in the local paper, to the order of service (the complete service). We would recommend Lauderdales without any hesitation. John

Lauderdale's provided funeral on 23rd August 2021 after the passing of my dad. Could not have asked for more, compassionate, friendly, understanding but always professional. They took away most of the stress of the arrangements and made a very difficult day a little bit easier. William's customer service is second to none. Couldn't have asked for a better send off for my grandad. From start to finish William took care of it all nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this family funeral directors parlour to anyone. First class service everytime.
