Lookers Ford Gateshead

If I could give a zero I would , bought a 70 plate focus from lookers at the end of 2021 , now only done 17300 miles and there's a problem with the gearbox so I tried to book in for it to be looked at as its still under warranty and the earliest it can be done is the 26th of June nearly 7 weeks , so I have to drive a car for 7 weeks with a gearbox problem no thanks , I'm absolutely furious . I booked in with Arnold Clark in Hexham to be looked at tomorrow . I will never buy from lookers again and will not recommend them

David was brilliant (a huge improvement from the salesperson I originally had). His communication was great, especially through the frustrating wait whilst my car was stuck in Holland. No question I asked was too silly, and all emails/phone calls were replied to promptly. All other members of staff I spoke to were lovely too. Im totally in love with my new Puma!

From the moment we entered the showroom we couldnt fault the service offered, Brad the salesman greeted us and answered all our questions and unbelievably just under two weeks later we were back to collect our brand new Ford Puma

Alex and Andrew were fab from day 1. O ahd quotes to change my car a few months back which did not work for me but they were patient and understanding. There was a new deal that suited my budget and requirements and the whole deal was turned round in 3 days. Absolutely superb customer service!!!! Could not fault any part of the customer service or my dealings with them both. If there is some sort of staff rewards or recognition, I would highly recommend them both for it! Thank you!
