        The worst chips in Gateshead absolutely disgusting tray full of scraps, used to be one of the best chip shops in Gateshead not anymore

        The worst chip butty I've ever had, chips were anaemic,and so hard & more like darts than chips, MVG or Phil Taylor wouldn't have looked out of place throwing these.

        Staff are lovely. Best to call in advance as food is fried to order. Large cod and chips is 11.20. Theres lots of parking outside and they take card. It shuts quite early. It was pretty standard quality - maybe a bit greasy. Its an OK option for the area but probably wouldnt go back. The tartare sauce is nice. Not a fan of the other sauces/sides though.
