Went to use the restaurant at 1am, closed, don't know why? Very inconvenient when your working night shift.

Gone through drive thru no steak house stacks told go wait after order waited 30 mins only for them to come out and then say no milkshakes then go back in a further 10 mins order came out freezing cold waste of time terrible place no organisation

Theyre trying out this new thing here called slow food instead of fast food. Always tastes better when youve waited 16 minutes for large frys. This is not slagging off staff. The staff were off their feet doing stuff constantly this is a management issue and I highly suggest you sack or your management or train them. Also I think The kitchen is far too small for this facility. Sort it out it cant be that hard!

No doubt in my mind the staff work hard in here. But my god. The wait times are absolutely disgusting. Something needs to change.
