Absolutely fantastic service. Told him the problem over the phone, said that he would be here about an hour, 1and a half hours later, all fixed!!! Highly, highly recommend.

I rang Bruce and explained that the mechanism on our bi-fold upvc doors wouldn't work and we couldn't open them. Also, some time ago the key had snapped in the barrel and needed repalcing. He said he would try and look at them during the afternoon, which he promptly did. Despite bi-fold door mechanisms being notorious to fix, and ours was a non-standard type, Bruce found a solution and not only do we now have perfectly opening doors, (which prevented a very expensive replacement!), and he also replaced the lock barrel and keys - that very afternoon!! All at a very competitive price too. We have absolutely no hesitation in recomending Bruce and BH Locksmiths and would definately use their services again. Many, many thanks, Bruce.

Bruce is a fantastic locksmith. Hes clean, tidy and always shows up on time. Hes really saved my skin a few times now. We have a few rental properties in the Newcastle area and hes manage to pick locks and also replace them. I couldnt recommend him high enough. 5
