Taken over by Hubsta recently. Hubsta's app seems more reliable than CYC's. The chargers are easy to use, but only two bays and you need your own type 2 cable. There are another four bays in the yellow multi-story floor 3.
An old rapid charger is here also but nonfunctional.
Charging rate is up to 22kW but via three phase type 2 plug so you'd need support for that - cars with CCS DC rapid charging frequently don't support three phase AC and would be limited to 7 kW single phase.
