        I have recently had 2 duvets cleaned the first one looked like it has shrunk but I though I was imagining it. I had already put the second in for clean. The second one has returned and it also appears to have shrunk and is useless. I will never use this service again. I now need to buy 2 new duvets

        I checked the opening hours on line and read that closing time was 5.30pm. I then drove quickly with curtains for cleaning hoping for their return by close of business tomorrow only to find a rough hand written faded note on the door advising that closing time was 5pm. One very disappointed potential customer who will now be taking her business elsewhere.
