I have engaged bison doors several times over the years. Yesterday I had a bay window and a bathroom window fitted. The lads did a great job, never stopped and left it immaculate. I would certainly recommend them and have no problem having them again great job

Would've give more stars If I could have .. absolutely brilliant service from start to finish this is the second time we have used bison and to be honest I wouldn't use any other company . From the measuring to the fitting bison have been nothing but freindly professional and very efficient nothing is to much bother for them. Many thanks Shaun and Nigel seen you next year for my new windows

Well, where to start apart from GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. We had bifold and windows from them, glass scratched frame wrong, gave them a chance to correct. They damaged new frame broke glass unit waited months/year for replacement. Numerous emails, countless phone calls (poor Dave) as Sean always seems to be out pricing !!!! Cant even remember how many days off work for them to cancel on the day. Still have 2 units with scratches on 19 months later, yep a year and a half . Had the glass supplier out and they were fantastic report straight to Bison, who did say we dont have well, I knew they had received it. Another phone call this morning and NOTHING. I dont like to bad mouth people, but I really dont know how they have a business. Dont think anything will be done now get the feeling they dont care as long as they have your money. I have been it touch with trading standard I am that upset with the out come. Lets see if posting on here makes a difference Hay ho you live and learn. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

Absolutely hopeless company. Never again would I waste my hard earned money with Bison. Customer service zero stars. Communication zero stars. Punctuality zero stars. After sales service zero stars Product 1 star Was told 6-8 weeks for some bifold doors and a sliding door. 17 weeks later they finally got fitted, with the wrong hardware and seals. Had to wait another 2 weeks for that to get fixed. Every time I called (around 25 times) to find out what was going on, I was told they would call me back, hes just stepped out into the factory floor, Ill get him to call you back. They never called me back once. 12 weeks later and numerous emails about certificates and warranties, I finally got the warranty but still no FENSA certificates to this day. The glass is covered in scratches on the interior and also on the middle pane of triple glazing. Still waiting for a response to both certificates and damaged glass. Currently this is week 35.
