        This practice is by far the best one in the North East and possibly the country. I have been a patient here for 20+ years, I have been well looked after by doctors, nurses and staff. They always put patients health first even in these very trying times. Well done and thank you to you all.

        Some of the doctors and nurses are very rude, insensitive and outright disrespectful. I have had very bad experiences at this practice and can speak for my wife and sister as well. I have twice complained to the management. I have now decided to relocate to a different GP practice. Do not recommend to anyone at all!

        My experience at this surgery for the past 2 yrs has been diabolical. All the receptionist' behind the counter give you an appointment, you turn up for that appointment and wait forever and have no recollection you booked the appointment and tsame goes for phone appointments. You wait for the doctor ringing you, an hour passes after the appointment is due, you ring the surgery asking what happened to the phone appointment and have no recollection yet again. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the space of 2 years this problem is an ongoing thing that needs sorting asap. And you never get an apology or reason for it.
