Wanderfull spot in Dunston. Very relaxing welcoming environment, very good coffee and delicious homemade desserts.

Ice cream was ok but the pots it comes in are terrible Firstly made of polystyrene where most places use proper cardboard/paper ice cream tubs But worst of all tiny little thing about an inch deep, so as soon as the ice cream starts to melt it's running down the side dripping everywhere, makes an absolute mess , hands are covered it's just impossible to not get covered in ice cream on a warm day

Delicious ice cream. I opted for Maltesers and the Missus got Eton Mess. Passed this place so many times and eventually called in. Highly recommended.

Lovely little place we like to go for coffee and cake. They've extended their menu to include breakfasts, hot and cold sandwiches and light meals. Only problem I have, is deciding what I want from their choice of desserts, as they are all delicious

Terrible service - my order was taken then brought out wrong , then waited ages for them to correct it. VERY unorganised and no URGENCY to get the order to me .Also took 5 steps out the shop and the ice-cream wouldn't even stay on the cone . Completely melting . Consistency and taste just wasn't right . My little boy commented saying mammy that's not ice-cream , maybe they forgot to put it in freezer . Was shocking . They didn't get to finish their icecream and had to bin them was impossible to eat and hold . Also items not available on the menu - sherbet flavours that i had ordered (came back and said not available). I also heard the staff member come back after taking a gentleman's order (who came in after me ) , to say sorry no skittles after taking payment for skittles. Inconvenient as i heard him say well i don't like anything else . Thanks for the response. Seems alot of excuses are always made . I was infact the only customer in the shop when i ordered . But thanks i will pop back in for my refund today .
