        Management requires training on customer service and returns policy. Specifically needs better understanding on the definition of resalable condition as she believes this to include the condition of the box and not the fit, form or function of the parts. Very disappointed.

        My fianc bought a sat nav, the sat nav wasn't the best, so she took it back a week later with it's original box, receipt, just wanting a full refund. The gentleman behind the counter refused to give her a full refund, he said it's electrical we can't take it back he told her, my fianc asked for a explanation, the gentleman said that it says on the receipt, she looked and it doesn't say anything about electrical goods.
