mydentist, Durham Road, Low Fell

Recently moved back to Gateshead and couldn't get an NHS dentist. Got an appointment quickly here though and can't recommend highly enough. Saw Matt for a general check up but also to re-cement in my crown as it had fallen out. He was very professional explaining everything to me well re options for the future, but also managed to cement back in and it looks better than before it fell out! Absolutely excellent service and will definitely go back.

Disgraceful attitudes, I'd not been for some time due to covid restrictions and I'd had to ring up late a couple of times to cancel due to my disability. They made an appointment for me and then on the day of the appointment the receptionist rang to tell me I'd have to pay 85 over the phone before my appointment, I asked why as I don't pay for treatment and she informed me I was now a private patient! This is disgraceful and they clearly want less NHS patients and more private ones on their books!

All the staff here are brilliant - the reception team are always really friendly, and the dentists are great at putting you at ease even if youre really nervous!

Never thought I would say I love the Dentist! But I do. Matt is simply wonderful, takes the time to explain everything, and works to an extremely high standard. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. Julie is an absolute star! Really can't recommend them all highly enough.
