Jobsworth receptionists who talk down to you whether you're in the surgery or telephone, leave patients' notes on the counter, so anyone who enters the building can read your details, ie. name, address etc. I've never seen the same dentist twice in all the years I've been there. I called today and was told "you've missed 3 appointments so you can't come back". I get that, but I would have thought I've been there for so long and they've had a lot of my money I'd at least deserve a phone call, or a warning or a letter - speaks volumes!! AVOID.

I had recent treatment by Susie she was very professional and interestingly she gave me some Sensodyne toothpaste which would help with occasional toothache that I sometimes get, and it works for me. Great service.

Ive pretty much had the exact same experience as Carolyn. Ive been going to S B Parbary dentist since I was approximately 12 yr old (when they were just a small practice Above A Shop) Im now 44. They are now a Fairly Large Practice which Im sure My s over the years have helped with their progression. I have apparently missed 4 appointments this year 2018, this is due to serious ill health. I rang up today to be told Im Out due to missed appointments. I Do NOT blame the receptionist, as, unfortunately she had the thick end of the wedge having to tell me Im Out! She informed me that it is Policy and if I wish to complain I should write to the Practice Manager!! In MY HUMBLE OPINION the Practice Manager should write a Policy To Self and possibly call it Contact Clients Before Kicking Them Out to find out Individual Circumstances. 31 year of NOT missing Regular appointments and Paying for All of My Adult Treatment and this is how The Practice Manager sees fit to treat myself and obviously other clients!! Time for a New Practice Manager again.... in My Humble Opinion!! I Will be complaining to the Practice but I certainly Wont be attending this practice again even if they change policy! Rant Over!
