To the manager of spring nursery: Hello to whom it may concern. I'm writing to let you know how I felt with my recent experience at spring nursery and hopefully wanting to get a resolution. My daughter started spring nursery in September. My experience at spring hasn't been a pleasant one. I have had such bad experience from the first day my daughter started there. On the first day i waited 45/50 mins outside before I was seen to and on the next day not one staff member could listen or honour my request to change the key worker of my daughter. I kindly asked them if they will be able to change the key worker as they assigned a male keyworker to my daughter. The reason I asked to change was for cultural reasons I wasn't able to have a male changing my daughters nappies. I kindly requested so many times to change key worker or at least for nappy changes for a female worker to change my daughters nappies for cultural reasons. They just out right refused not even wanting to hear me out. I feel like i have been discriminated for my cultural reasons. I even said if you can't change key worker at least for nappy change times can a female do instead but that was also a no. I had no choice but to take my daughter out of nursery as no one was willing to help . Felt really helpless and forced in a way to make this decision.I also sent them email directly to solve the problem however I got no reply from them so Im writing it on here Thanks
