I've been with them ten years. They've deteriorated badly in terms of communication. The interest being taken off me is hitting the roof and changes from week to week. I pay more back in terms of weekly payments than I'm asked for. Reliable payer. Yet when I ask for an explanation I am left more confused than ever. Using the app, when I've added to my savings, they mistakenly take it off my loan, then have to readjust the interest when they move it into savings. I think they're getting it all wrong!! This happens time and again even though I've spoken to them frequently. Getting a high APR credit card would work out cheaper!!!

I have tried all week to get to speak to someone at NE first credit union without success. I have left messages and sent emails without any response

Always had fabulous service from these. Loan applications very straight forward and the app is great for checking payments etc. Definitely recommend
