        Still waiting for a delivery that's days overdue. It's apparently been at the depot for the last week. I went to the depot yesterday and they couldn't find it. 'The driver might have it but not scanned it' was the explanation. They took my number so they could call me........Still waiting!! This isn't the first time this has happened. I really don't know how Yodel are still in business.

        Liars and thieves. Shamelessly claim to have attempted delivery when CCTV clearly shows no driver ever showing up

        Would give 0 stars if I could. Driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and when I raised it with Yodel they said that as he hadnt taken any photographic evidence, he was unable to share any concrete information. However the retailer has sent me photographic evidence of his blatantly leaving my parcel at the wrong address. Luckily the owners of the house brought it to the right address. Weve had problems before in 2021 with one of our neighbours parcels left, in full view, on our drive. The only thing the addresses had in common was the door number. Absolutely shocking, would NOT recommend.
