Had booked a collection on Sunday the 16th for the item to be picked up on the 18th giving me Monday 17th to print the label off at work. Well what is the point selecting the 18th for UPS to turn up on the 17th saying they are here for the parcel. When told they were suppose to come on the 18th i was told well you will have to rearrange for another pick up! So what is the point in a collection option to come on a certain day when they turn up a day early!!!!! Least they have a drop off points so i have tonight dropped it off at UPS drop off point!!!! WILL NOT USE THE COLLECTION OPTION AGAIN!!!!!!
