Marks and Spencer

Used to have normal checkouts in main clothing store but they have been removed. Now have large neon signs stating Returns. But in fact these are where you can pay for goods, except when you go there they try to force you to use self service checkouts, by only having minimum staff on the traditional payment checkouts. This is misleading and a poor reflection on Marks & Spencer's .

Needed a suit & they can't offer anything beyond a 48inch chest..i'm sure a company of this size could offer a wider range! Was not looking for anything out the ordinary 50/52 would have been ideal.

Went to the Bureau De Change today at metrocentre to get some US dollars. The lady behind the counter was an absolute misery and rude raising her eyebrows because I asked for small notes 10s and 20s. She wanted to give me all 50s. Really gone downhill this place and wont be using again.

Well stocked and very well organised to cope with shoppers. Would not do xmas food shopping anywhere else. Sure there are queues but be patient and you'll be rewarded knowing that you've got everything. Staff really helpful.
