Unfortunately I have had to post this review following a poor experience of the 960 service. I am putting it down to poor communication between yourselves and the galleries The bus was due today to depart at 1640 from STAND E I turned my attention to an unbranded bus which departed at 1640 from STAND C! I rang out of hours to confirm and your advisor said this should have been a green and white bus, with the destination on the front... unfortunately this was the service. The bus also did not have the correct destination on and the front was blank This would have been ideal for me, as I was covering, and that service would have dropped me off at horsley hill square This then lead to the inconvenience of myself, having to travel with 2 services almost doubling my transit time home Although I appreciate this service may be used by regulars, I must emphasise that you should run your service correctly I really am not happy about this and would appreciate a response Many thanks Ivan

Was on the 92 bus service, met a lovely young chap called Rhys. Great company, he went out his way to help me assisting me off the bus by putting the ramp down so I could get off in my wheel chair !!
