Dellybears Childcare

My daughter absolutely loves going to Dellybears Childcare. The owners and staff are really friendly and professional with both the children and their parents. There is great community spirit encouraged between the parents and they even have a community chat group on watts app for parents to communicate with each other. Pricing is really competitive (not the cheapest, but then not everybody wants cheap when it comes to looking after their children) with no extra charges for meals, snacks, outings etc which we found a lot of other childminders/nurseries charge. They even charge by the hour rather than making me pay for "sessions" which means I only have to pay for the hours I need. They are really flexible too and have always tried to accommodate me when shifts have changed unexpectedly. I have recommended them to other family members and friends who are all really happy with their service too. During the daytime and school holidays they go all over with the children including local National Trust sites, castles, beaches, parks, soft plays etc in their "Bearbus" which the kids all love. The best thing about them is they feel like family and although the cater for children of different ages, backgrounds and schools everybody is encouraged to look out for everybody else and to look out for each other. I could not ask for better people to look after my daughter.

Last year my husband and I made the choice of a childminder for our daughter who was 6 months old at the time. We thought this would be more like our life at home, rather than a nursery. Dellybears was one of many childminders we looked at. On our first meeting with Adele we were immediately made to feel welcome and felt at ease very quickly. The facilities and learning opportunities are very good, my daughter especially loves doing messy play. She regularly goes on outings on the 'Dellybus'. Due to covid unable to go to local toddlers group. My daughter has developed very quickly and is thriving from being at Dellybears. If you are look for friendly, family orientated and affordable childcare then look no further than Dellybears! Adele and her husband Mark are a very friendly couple. They have two other employees Gemma and Aimee. The staff at Dellybears are very caring towards the children, professional and proactive.
