        Fantastic customer service, probably the best I have had in a restaurant. Food was great too and chicken cooked to perfection, definetely be back!

        Very rarely leave bad reviews but this needs one. There was a hair in my food, reported it and had to fill out a foreign body form. One week on and no email or resolve of the issue. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend and will not be back.

        Me and my family is visiting this nandos for 6 years now. Before the place was amazing but now the quality of service as dropped massively!!!! After ordering the food, we had to wait for nearly 45 mins! The hummus they brought was all dried up looking very weird! The garlic bread was all burnt!! After we told them, they said they will get another garlic bread and again there was a wait of more than 15mins!! For a Monday where it was very quiet and the restaurant was empty, we still had to wait all those time for this quality of food!!!! I took photos but I can't see where I can attach them. We are very disappointed with this kind of service!!! Thank you for making this our last visit!!!
