Still awaiting my Xmas order! Cant get through on telephone no response to emails disgusting service. Not sure how your are still in business.

I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at the Chuckling cheese company in the metrocenter who were working on Monday 7th Nov. While in the shop my dad passed out due to heart problems. The staff couldn't of been more helpful. They phoned an ambulance, got a medic, got security to get a screen for privacy , got water and offered so much support. I'm beyond grateful for their service. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I go in this store but they really went above and beyond. My dad is now out of QE and has travelled back home and is on the mend. I can't thank the staff enough for taking such a scary and stressful situation and making it slightly more bare able! I unfortunately never got the staffs names but they get my highest praises !! Not to mention me and my partner love this store ! The selection is impeccable.

We were in there on Monday 7th November when my partner became very unwell. The staff were absolutely amazing providing support until we could get him stable enough to be transported to hospital. So I would just like to say thank you all for being so calm and helping us during this scary time. Also great cheeses and gins xx

What a fabulous shop selling Gin, Cheese and Fudge as well as yummy chutneys. Highly recommend!
