Gary Fawcett has been remarkable in his dogged determination to support my brother and has built a sound relationship with him based on trust and goodwill . He has successfully and singlehandedly appealed and won to reinstate my brothers benefits for which we are very grateful . Thank you YVC , keep up the good work
