Valley Farm - Dining & Carvery

Mash from the carvery was stale, rest of the carvery was lovely. Apple crumble was made with salt instead of sugar and was absolutely disgusting. We did get a refund for it which was great but would have been lovely to eat the desert we wanted.

No roast OR mashed potatoes were available on the carvery to day, but no discount for this was offered when we ordered and paid for the meal, the reason given was that there had been delivery problems. When I asked for an extra Yorkshire pudding to compensate for this, the member of staff who was serving was very rude and said "if we gave an extra pudding to everyone we'd have none left", totally failing to acknowledge or apologise that we were not receiving all the items that we had paid for within the description of the carvery. Poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible service 45 minute wait for a starter then went up for my dinner no mash no meat terrible attitude off the chef when I asked how long anymore fresh food will be put out vegetables were apparently rock hard which I was told off other diners. I got a refund and Left VERY hungry Will NOT be back again sort it out valley farm
