Northumbria Car Sales

Shame it's not a minus. Bought a car, within a day of delivery discovered a oil leak, with that the mot was done on the 20th April, and had to be back at the garage the 24th April. Benefit of the doubt, fixed the issue. Given 6 months warrenty. However 16th Sept the exhaust broke, contacted them got a vile attitude off a sales rep "well the oil pan isn't connected to the exhaust is it, and kindly got hung up on, however the exhaust was found to be corroded to hell, not written on the mot, service not written in the service book, the corrosion has always been there, somehow they have managed to swindle i their way out of it aswel as the finance company. I would seriously avoid this company amd the finance company that run along beside it. If only I could put pictures up to show the sly blind eyes they have took. Avoid. Now my complaint is going very much higher.

The guys in Northumbria car sales were amazing sorted everything out for me and got everything ready for me, therere a credit to themselves. Would highly recommend them, will definitely be using them again when I next Chang the car so see you again (eventually).

I went to look at a car on Monday signed the paper work on Tuesday and drove away with it on Friday. Zak is a credit to Northumbria car sales I have bought 2 cars from them and Zak has sold me them both he makes the process hassle free and and goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend this garage for car sales well done lads

The team at the garage are great,no hassle,no pushing for sale just relaxed and are there to help if you need it. Both myself who I bought a BMW and my sister bought a Mini,fanstastic support and help from David and Zac. Would tell anyone to go here if they are looking for a new car Great people, great cars,great prices !!!!
