I purchased my new car from here last week. Steve was really friendly and really patient answering all my questions. I visited the second time with my wife, again Steve built up great rapport and had quality banter. I cannot fault my buying experience, it just felt right. We also met the gaffer who was also dead friendly and had good banter. We left with a smile on our faces, and two cups my wife had her eye on displaying Crowther Campers which the business also specialise in. I would highly recommend buying a car from here. Thanks again chaps loving the new car, cheers Paul & Kathryn.

Massive Thankyou to Gary and Steve, picked up my stunning c class 250d yesterday after looking around for months and the process was smooth and professional throughout couldnt thank them both enough. Would highly recommend 10/10

So I wasn't going to leave a review but on reading the the text below from the review prompt I felt compelled to share my experience. NOTE: If, for some reason, your experience was anything but five-star, then please contact us directly. Our #1 goal is to always improve our brand and find a way to make your customer experience one that you do feel comfortable to rate as five stars. Pros - Sales staff Gary and Steve straight up guys. No fuss hassle free sale with no pushy upselling. Cars for sale towards the high end of the market with a good amount of choice. Cons - Aftercare - I wasn't supplied an inflation kit. Rang the office as was told to pop in. When on the phone I mentioned the detailing was below my expectation. Nothing to write home about but just generally touch point dirt from the previous owner still noticeably evident. As expected I received an opology from the sale staff and was told they would rectify. Happy days satisfied customer. 5 stars. On return the following morning I was met by the owner gagging for an argument. With a face like bulldog chewing a wasp he contested anything was below standard (as the sales staff picked the stale crisp from under the seat) and suggested I shouldn't expect anything more from a used car. To put it in context, the car cost north of 20K. The sales staff did offer to clean the car but by that stage Mr Crowther had infuriated me so much I chose to leave deeply dissapointed with the experience. 4 or 5 antibacterial wipes later the car is now clean . It actually took less time than the conversation with Mr Crowther. Make your own choice about the dealership but avoid the owner at all cost. Lip service to customer service and my experience was certainly far from Covid-19 secure.
