I browsed the store looking at various bikes for probably close to an hour, immediately a member of staff asked if I needed any help. I said no and carried on kicking tyres alone deciding which of the bikes I had already researched I should choose. The staff members left me alone in peace browsing the store, asking me one more time about 20 minutes later if I needed help. Great not to be hassled and allowed to look around in peace, but knowing the members of staff are on hand if needed. I bought a new bike, it was a little more expensive than other local shops. They heavily discounted the bike the day after I bought it bringing it inline with other stores pricing :/ but I guess that's life... On collection the member of staff doing the hand over appeared knowledgeable and went through all the info, adjusted the suspension sag to match my weight. The dropper post was handed to me fully slammed in and I should probably have asked for it to be adjusted in the store. I managed to do it at home after removing the battery tube I was able to pull enough cable to raise the dropper post up to 5 inches higher in the frame.

Impressed. Great communication. Great Prices. Great Service. Ordered a bike utilising c2w voucher. Through a few brief emails, the bike was ordered, competitively priced and it was with the Courier the following day. I would definitely use this place again.
