        By far the best customer service I've had in recent times. Walked in, not knowing what I was looking for. Got chatting to Richard and explained where I'd be going, where I lived and he narrowed it down quite quickly and I've ended up with a bike perfectly suited for my needs Deffo not just 'in it for the sale' - Can tell he genuinely cares about what he does, and wants you to ride away happy which I did 100% recommend

        Popped the e-bike in for its service today which was excellent, and I can honestly say that the bike service was only surpassed by both Richard and John, who both also provide excellent customer service and good welcome advice. Can definitely recommend this shop.
