Well Gateshead - Prince Consort Road

Similar to the lady with an older review, if I could have given a zero, I would. Service seems to have gone downhill at a rate faster than a ship can sink. Just last year, I was bringing in biscuits for these people, as the service was good. Now, I can't even get the correct script, with the correct instructions on them. When they feel like it, I get a text informing me that the script is ready for collection, if they don't feel like it, no text. This week was the last straw. They can't seem to cope with a change in medication. It wasn't just bad service, this was a life-threatening error. got a squeaky soft apology over the counter. I can't go back - how can you trust someone who is so careless with your life ?

Thank you so much for your help tonight, having visited my usual pharmacy, to collect my prescription I learnt that there's a supply issue with one of my asthma meds, I visited living well and thankfully they had around 3 weeks supply in stock, staff were really helpful. Thank you

Fantastic Chemist..Lovely staff very helpful and great service. They bend over backwards to help you, nothing to much trouble..
