Would not recommend this place I paid over 50 for my nails and feet I asked for extensions for my feet but they decided to go gel. I showed them an image it was totally different . I went on holiday one week in my finger nail came off . Very bad communication skills and customer service skills . They didnt refund me I had to get the whole set done from the holiday I was on . Very very hard to come off and damaged my nails . I have been trying to get in touch but no reply . I came back wanted to remove the nails at least and they kept saying busy busy . I messged after a few weeks no reply . Very bad service didnt get no refund . I would definitely not recommend this place . LUX nails not far from this place is a lot better and removed my nails same day and within one hour !!

I paid 25 for gel nail varnish One chipped off the next morning and 3 others followed 2 days later. I was in Spain so couldnt come back in, but took photos that were dated. Came back to complain today in the hope I might be offered a partial/full refund, and was dismissed very rudely and told I should have come back before, (I couldnt.. I was in Spain!!) and nothing could be done as it was policy and that I was advised to have gel inlays at the time (a total lie, the girl didnt even speak to me!!) DISGUSTING customer service..I certainly wont be returning or recommending here. I also paid well over the odds for an eyebrow and lash tint.
