        Need to open earlier some customers cannot wait until 10 am for opening not very good customer service, not responsive to needs. Always appears that they are not ready for customers use excuse that computers slow.

        Everytime i walk into the Hailfax at the metro centre, I find all the staff very welcoming & friendly I always use the metro centre branch I wont go anywhere else It says it is open on good friday But its NOT so another wasted journey You need to up date your website !!!
