I dont want to even give 1 star because Gateshead Barclays is one of the worst branches to visit. Staff is extremely unpleasant and racist towards migrant community. Especially a lady who was at the door. I was first client in the morning and all 3 staff members didnt have any pleasant/welcoming smile on their face. It was very clear they hate their jobs and dont wanted to be there. Why to bother coming then! Barclays Bank should trained their staff on customer service.
