        Basic bakery, not a lot of choice when I visited however this was after lunch. Slightly disappointment as the pastry was bland.

        Bought 4 mince pies, 1 steak pie and 4 cakes. All were delicious. Plenty quality filling in the pies and lovely pastry and the cakes were superb. I was informed By a very pleasant lady serving me that everything on sale was made and cooked in house.

        Stopped by Theatre Coffee in Gateshead on Monday, a bakery thats HALAL!!! The vibe was so friendly! Its a family owned bakery who have real passion for what they sell and the owners daughter was so so lovely. We came at the right time and every item was fresh out of the oven and piping hot! Even the lukewarm items we ordered she kindly heated it up for us AND to top it off, just gave us two bread rolls that were straight out of the oven on the house! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the service, the steaming hot pies and overall quality for such a friendly budget! Only downside is their opening times because as soon I got home and devoured it all, I wanted more and they were closed I highly recommend this fab little bakery, a gem of Gateshead for sure.. Ill be back.
