I was served by Simon B, he was on his own trying to keep things moving as best he could and help me with a difficult query at the same time. Despite customers behind becoming testy he persevered and found a solution to my query. I have nothing but praise for your colleague who never showed any stress or impatience despite the difficult circumstances.
