Fantastic service really professional and knowledgable came out promptly and worked through issue. He even took time to educate me about aerials and likely issues / fixes. I went out of my local area to find this guy and was worth it!

Appointment made nobody showed up. Next day appointment made, again nobody shows up. Evening comes and engineer comes to give a quote of work only. Makes appointment for 2 days later Saturday 9am appointment, doesn't show up. Complain to company and eventually engineer comes. Does good job hiding cables but has marked my newly painted wall meaning I'm going to have to paint the entire living room and kitchen as it's open plan. In daylight it's hugely noticable. The photo doesn't show it as clearly as with the eye. Terrible company 100% avoid.

Paul turned up today thinking is was a quick and easy job. In the end it was a lot more than was expected. He was patient and explained every step of the process. Thanks for doing a great job. Will certainly recommend to others.
