Benita is the best Yoga teacher. The classes are so welcoming. We returned to the beginners class after some time off and the level was perfect. Challenging, but we were always able to go at our own pace. The best class.

I was so lucky to start my yoga practice with Benita in 2015. It was a life-changing experience for me. She brings such a grounding, welcoming and calm energy to the class. I have done in-person, online and one-to-one sessions with her and shes equally brilliant in every format. Even attending once a week made a huge difference to my mental and emotional health, physical health always followed. Whenever Im feeling low I know getting back in-touch will bring me home. Thank you Benita for bringing all of your heart to your classes, it makes me feel alive Namaste

Benita is a very good yoga teacher. My favourite class is slow flow on a Wednesday evening. Definitely try a beginners class they are excellent. Before doing yoga I had lower back pain now after a few weeks I am pain free. I also have more energy and I sleep better. I would definitely recommend doing a yoga class especially with Benita
