Same as what everybody here was complaining about, they dont even ring the bell or knock. I had the day off as I was waiting for my delivery but only to find a red card saying that they missed me. I was there the whole time! Just very frustrating

I recently visited the Barking Royal Mail Depot to collect a parcel addressed to my company, which had been missed during delivery. I was equipped with the necessary documents, including the collection card and my personal ID, which clearly showed the address matching the parcel's destination. Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional behaviour from one of the employees, who refused to release the parcel, claiming that my ID was not valid as it did not display my company's name. Despite presenting additional proof, including my bank card and even logging into my bank account on my phone to demonstrate my connection to the company, the employee remained uncooperative. To make matters worse, I was yelled at and laughed at in front of other customers, which was both embarrassing and frustrating. The situation could have been handled much more professionally, and I was left feeling disrespected and mistreated. As a loyal Royal Mail business customer who spent over 15,000 last year using their services, this shocking experience has left me considering alternative mailing providers. I sincerely hope that appropriate actions will be taken to address this issue and prevent future customers from having similar experiences.

I believe it's common courtesy to update your working hours as business but you can't even do that working from home/office, why you even go on strikes about pay if you don't do your job well and rely on others to do it for you. Mindless country. Find something you do better because the job is clearly not for you

They just leave card instead of delivering items. The staff at their collection office is plain rude and lazy. They dont deserve to be in this job if they cant be bothered to provide the service. And have some decency to not be rude or prejudiced against people for no reason.

2 weeks l am waiting my parcels,they sent emails that coming today or next day and nobody's not coming,Royal mail is very very bad so pur company.
