        Excellent care company. Carers are always wearing full PPE. All the carers are jolly and caring and do a wonderful job.

        Amazing little care company albeit my first company I've had to get involved with. The carers are sweet and kind they look after my brother very well. I would happily recommend prompt healthcare in future. Keep doing what your doing

        Very disappointed and angry. Went to see my nan today, found her carer on the phone speaking in a foreign language in front of nan. My nan also disclosed to me that on 2 other occasions they have fallen asleep on her sofa. I will be complaining she is paying for this. She's 90 amd deserves better.

        The carers that seem to not actually care. Commissioned to look after my 85yr old grandmother Left external doors open or unlocked when leaving property. Emptied feaces from commode into a kitchen bin and did not clean commode. Left urine soaked clothes folded on sofa. Complaints not dealt with and not taken seriously. This is just a few among other issues. I would not recommend them.
