    Our holiday was cancelled without even knowing due to the COVID pandemic currently affecting the world. We were not informed it was cancelled and had to call them to ask why the payment was not taken for them to tell us that. We have requested a refund and well within our rights to, to be told a request has been sent to TUI. Called back for an update and nothing, called again to be told I have to take a credit note, again I pointed out the 2018 package holiday regulation act. Suddenly a change in tone and they are waiting on TUI still!! I contacted TUI and they are sending refunds. So Global Hoppers wheres my refund?? I have emailed you and logged a complaint, I have been told Ill be called back and still no call also told I need to call TUI to ask them for a refund code to sent to Global Hoppers - Im not doing your work for you. I have contacted Citizens Advice, gained guidance from ABTA and also ATOL I request a refund and hope to hear back soon The customer service in non existent and terrible you can hear staffs WhatsApp notifications going off whilst talking to them.     Only given a one star because the option wasnt there to give zero! This company did not book on our baggage on to our holiday and on arrival at the airport we had to pay a further 400. The airliner said this was a common issue with travel agents and gave us a receipt to obtain a refund after our holiday. Turns out nobody at global hoppers wanted to acknowledge the issue and after 20 days we were issued just a partial refund by the manager Kriss! They refused to pay the full amount we were out of pocket. Completely unprofessional AVOID AVOID AVOID
